PAST LIFE THERAPY

PAST LIFE AND BETWEEN-LIFE THERAPY
Past Life Therapy is incredibly useful in cases where the cause of a problem cannot be isolated in your current life. A, not necessarily conclusive, but good clue is if your problem has been with you since childhood (See example below.)

It is not necessary to believe in reincarnation in order to benefit from past life therapy. Some clients regard the experiences they have in past life work as metaphors for the conflicts taking place in their current life. Nevertheless, the therapy works just as well for them as for believers in reincarnation.

BETWEEN LIFE THERAPY

Intractable family disputes often result from past life disputes carried forward into the present. If you are wondering why you chose to come back and spend time with the same people, it’s possible to go back, prior to conception, to the stage of planning this life, and remember exactly why you chose to live with these people. This process can give you deep insight into your own behaviour and that of family members. Such insights are often life changing and typically include lessons in tolerance, understanding, forgiveness and love. From that elevated vantage point, each and every difficulty in this life is seen as an opportunity to learn something, rather than being a resented obstacle to an easy life.

GRATITUDE

So you will come away from a past life regression with some problems resolved and a sense of the rightness of your life, your place in the world, and gratitude for the opportunity to learn more about who you really are. A great blessing.

Although a past life session may arise spontaneously in the course of a session, if you specifically request a past life experience then a 2 or 2.5 hour session will be necessary. A recording of your session will be provided.

AN EXAMPLE OF PAST LIFE THERAPY

A client (let’s call her Mary) had wrestled with severe anxiety all her life, seen many practitioners and found no lasting relief. Mary was a skilled professional and a single mother of two teenage children. Her anxiety was worsening again and she did not want to resume medication.     On the second session I facilitated Mary’s regression into a past life in which she was a servant in seventeenth or eighteenth century England. Mary had no partner to care for her and spent her whole life worrying about how to support herself. In old age she was reduced to begging and finally was put in a ‘work house,’ where the destitute worked for their keep. Mary was deeply ashamed about her situation. The work was hard; Mary was chronically unwell and finally died of tuberculosis. The shame and anxiety had carried over from that lifetime. An emotional carry over from a traumatized past life is not an unusual occurrence.    I communicated with Mary’s subconscious mind and pointed out that this current lifetime was completely different from the one she had just experienced as a poverty stricken woman in England. In this current life Mary was a well educated, easily employed professional living in a society much more supportive than that of sixteenth century England, thus there was no longer any need for Mary to be anxious about her financial future.    A few weeks later Mary reported that her anxiety was almost entirely gone, even though she had been under a lot of pressure at work with a new project which would have normally sent her anxiety through the roof. Mary was very happy with the outcome.

TESTIMONIAL (fear of drowning,
 heights and claustrophobia)

I went to see Brett because I was interested in finding out about my past lives. Prior to being hypnotised I discussed with Brett that I had a fear of heights and of drowning and also was claustrophobic, although I had never sought treatment for these issues. During the past life regression I experienced my death while trying to escape from a family situation. I fell from a cliff into water and drowned when I became tangled in my dress while in the water. I was not frightened by what I saw. It was a peaceful experience and I found it really interesting because it explained some of the things that have been happening in my life.
Since that time I no longer wake at night with panic attacks or feeling suffocated or that I am drowning. This was a fantastic experience, one I will never forget and it gave me some insight into why I feel the way I do in this life time. I recommend anyone reading this to try it at least once. Thankyou Brett
